End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("End User" or "you") and AppsHub.fun ("Licensor", "we", or "us") for the mobile application ("App") provided by us.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the App.

1. Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on a mobile device owned or controlled by you.

This license does not allow you to use the App on any mobile device that you do not own or control, and you may not distribute or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.

2. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

Copy the App, except as expressly permitted by this license.
Modify, translate, adapt, or otherwise create derivative works or improvements of the App.
Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, decode, or otherwise attempt to derive or gain access to the source code of the App or any part thereof.
Remove, delete, alter, or obscure any trademarks or any copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights notices from the App.
Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, assign, distribute, publish, transfer, or otherwise make available the App to any third party.
Use the App in any manner that violates any applicable law or regulation.
Use the App for any commercial purpose or in connection with any commercial activity.
Use the App to send spam, unsolicited messages, or any form of harassment.
Use the App to collect or store personal data about other users without their express permission.

3. Ownership

The App is licensed, not sold, to you. Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights therein. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in this EULA.

4. Updates

Licensor may from time to time provide updates to the App. These updates may include bug fixes, feature enhancements, or improvements, or entirely new versions of the App. You agree that Licensor has no obligation to provide any updates or to continue to provide or enable any particular features or functionality.

You shall promptly download and install all updates. If you do not, some or all of the App's features may not operate properly. All updates will be deemed part of the App and subject to all terms and conditions of this EULA.

5. Third-Party Services

The App may display, include, or make available third-party content or provide links to third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Licensor shall not be responsible for any third-party services, including their accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, copyright compliance, legality, decency, quality, or any other aspect thereof.

6. Data Collection and Privacy

The App may collect certain data about your use of the App. Our collection and use of this information is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://appshub.fun/privacy-policy. By using the App, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated by you or Licensor. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination, you shall stop all use of the App and delete all copies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Licensor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Licensor be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to this EULA or the App, even if Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to This EULA

We may update this EULA from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new EULA on this page. You are advised to review this EULA periodically for any changes.
